The OpenSimulator Community Conference (OSCC) will be held December 10-11, 2016 in Second Life, and is now open to submissions.

The OpenSimulator Community Conference (OSCC) will be held December 10-11, 2016 in Second Life, and is now open to submissions.

Volunteers are also welcome.

OSCC is geared toward educators in virtual worlds and focuses on the developer and user community creating the OpenSimulator software. OSCC also encourages OpenSimulator virtual worlds users, particularly educators, to contribute community social events to the OSCC calendar leading up to and around the conference. OSCC will advertise these events for free! Register your events at their Community Social Event Sign-Up page.


VCARA is not affiliated with OpenSimulator or AvaCon, Inc. However, the OSCC’s purpose and audience align with VCARA’s mission to provide innovative immersive learning opportunities. VCARA members highly recommend participating in and attending this conference.
