Join us on NOVEMBER 16, 2022 – 11:00AM – 12:00PM  for “American Horror Story: Records Management, ” a talk for our times? No, it’s not about Halloween ghosts and ghouls, but about the perils of life as a records manager in today’ fast-changing electronic environment. Mia Steinberg, a records management analyst with Collabware since 2019, will share her tales of surviving a toxic records management job, understanding the workplace as a new graduate, and how software can make records management infinitely easier if the culture is in place to allow for change across an  organization.

Mia Steinberg is a graduate of University of British Columbia’s Masters of Archival Studies program, where she received the Harold Naugler Memorial Prize for Digital Preservation Research. Mia lives in Vancouver with her wife and two cats.
