Then the Emerging Professional positions may be for you!

These committees are intended to build skills and knowledge in working collaboratively to advance the mission and goals of an organization like the SAA Foundation. The positions are open to those who are students, new to the field, or early career—ex officio, with a vote.

 Development Committee

(1) open Emerging Professional position 

1-year term, August 2025 to September 1, 2026; may apply for a second year but is not required.

Grant Review Committee

(1) open Emerging Professional position 

1-year term, August 2025 to September 1, 2026; may be renewed for a second year but is not required.
