4. Answer Citizenship and Residency questions. Enter the State you consider your permanent home in the U.S. and whether you claim California Residency. If you have not lived in CA since birth, please enter when you moved to CA.

5. Answer Race and Ethnicity Questions.

6. Read the statement and answer Other Information questions.

7. Answer Financial and Parental Information questions.

Save and move on to Quadrant 2.
