Strategic Plan for the Tracy Library

This Strategic Plan was a small group project by 3 students who chose the Tracy Library in Stockton, California to scrutinize, within the context of current trends in public librarianship. We examined all aspects of their online presence to determine how they were currently meeting the needs of their community (mission statements, programming calendar, web resources, etc.) We used class readings as guides to examine their use of vocabulary and for the overall analysis, and made recommendations to better promote a higher level of connection to their community.
