Customer Success Manager for Skilltype
Tiffany Duck is a Customer Success Manager for Skilltype, a talent management software for libraries. Tiffany is very active in the LIS profession and passionate about serving others and participating in various initiatives that create lasting impact within our communities. She was a recipient of the prestigious John C. Tyson award and received the Rising Leader award from the Joint Conference of Librarians of Color (JCLC) in 2018.
Tiffany is a librarian, consultant, LIS instructor, and diverse book advocate. She has over 15 years of experience working in different positions in libraries. Prior to her employment at Skilltype, Tiffany was the Manager of Library Locations and served on the Executive Team at the Suffolk Public Library.
Since 2016, Tiffany has served as the Chair of the Self-Publishing EBook Awards for the Black Caucus of the American Library Association and the Co-Chair of the Literary Awards Committee. She received a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Library and Information Science from San Jose State University.
