The Student Services team members are available to assist prospective students who are interested in learning more about the iSchool’s programs. Applying to graduate school is a big deal. If a master’s degree, certificate, or credential are in your future plans, we encourage you to schedule a one-on-one online appointment. Prospective students and applicants can receive assistance with questions about our master’s degree, Teacher Librarian Services Credential, certificates, and Open Classes programs. There’s no obligation, and this is a free service.   

How to Book Your Appointment

Appointments are available on Monday and Tuesday from 2 p.m. through 4 p.m. (All times listed are in Pacific Time.) Open appointment times can be found on our scheduling calendar. Note that appointments are individualized and not conducted in a group setting.

Each appointment slot is 20 minutes, so please be on time. If you are unable to attend, make sure to cancel your appointment ahead of time. To cancel an appointment, go to your own Google calendar and delete the event. This allows us to serve other students.

Please do not join the Zoom room if you do not have an appointment. Only students with an appointment will be allowed in from the waiting room.
