What I am doing now.

As the Digital Experience Consultant I coordinate and execute staff training for member libraries related to eResources, technology troubleshooting, website editing, and the ILS. I also consult on eResource and website updates, provide IT support, promote our eResources, and maintain the system’s kits, games, and technology collection.

What are the most valuable skills I use in my job?

Technology skills, management, communication, and an understanding of current library trends and issues.
