BIPOC Become Librarians project finale event
I am a member of the BIPOC Become Librarians project at San José
State University along with my team members from SJSU King
Library and SJPL. I invite you to join us on May 7 from 10 AM to
2 PM PDT, in person or on Zoom, for our final event.
We will reflect on two years of learning through which mentors
from across the country have worked with SJSU undergraduates who
identify as BIPOC. Some of these students have completed or are
completing internships which give them an insider perspective of
the librarianship profession.
Our keynote speaker is Ray Pun, President-Elect of ALA.
