Join us for a virtual book circle event to celebrate Ukrainian-American poet and novelist Ilya Kaminsky and his book Deaf Republic. This is an opportunity for us to talk about Kaminsky’s poetry and share our reflections. Come and take part in the discussion or just observe and listen.

This special event is held in conjunction with our book giveaway of Kaminsky’s Deaf Republic to iSchool students. The ALA Student Chapter is offering this opportunity thanks to funding from an SJSU Fund Student Support and Activities Award.
