In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, join REFORMA SJSU iSchool Student and Alumni Group for a fun and virtual crafting event. Dia de los Muertos is a holiday cherished for honoring the lives of loved ones who have passed on. This celebration is a beautiful and colorful way to remember those who have left us and attendees will create simple tissue paper marigolds to adorn their Ofrendas/home altars.

We will discuss respectful ways to share and teach Day of the Dead in libraries and share a suggested reading list.
