LTI Virtual Reality (VR)

Overview

Virtual Reality

Virtual Reality (VR) transports users to simulated environments through specially designed hardware (e.g., headsets) that takes into account four focus points: believability, explorability, interactivity, and immersiveness. In these preprogrammed, three dimensional environments, users can experience hyper-immersive designs, first-person point of view documentaries, or gamified experiences. Among many others, industries like automotives, architecture, healthcare, and education have greatly benefited from VR’s opportunities for real-world skill building.
