Join the iSchool on Wednesday, February 8th for a webcast presented by Charlene Cunniffe, MS, CRM, IGP, CIP, and Associate Director, Governance & Operational Support in Information and Records Management at Sanofi, a global pharmaceutical vaccines, and biotech company. Cunniffe will present on continuous improvement, a method for identifying opportunities for streamlines work and reducing waste. The practice, formalized by the popularity of Lean/Kaizen in manufacturing and business, is now being used by thousands of companies worldwide to identify savings and process improvement opportunities. Cunniffe will give an overview of Lean concepts and discuss the use of Lean events in the Information and Records management department at Sanofi.
