The section is responsible for providing digital acquisitions support to Library Services, and for the lifecycle management of digital collections that are not otherwise under the care of a custodial division. The section also is responsible for managing the Library’s web archiving program and collections, and provides advice and assistance to the Law Library as needed. Digital Content Management Section staff collaborate with other Library curatorial units, technical staff, and external organizations to establish best practices, implement new and streamline existing digital workflows, identify digital content management problems, and propose solutions for the content within the scope of the section. Cambridge University Libraries are about to embark on an exciting five-year Digital Preservation Programme to establish the Cambridge University Libraries Digital Preservation Service. Based at the main University Library, an exciting opportunity has come up for a Technical Lead on the Programme. This is a new role for the Library that is essential for delivering the digital preservation service and contributing to a wider Digital Transformation Programme, both of which will support the Library’s vast and diverse collections of digital materials as well as digital materials held by other libraries and University bodies.
(Requires SAA login). The Archives Senior Manager position provides overall leadership for the Corporate Archives. This role is responsible for the management and expansion of the historical collections of The Coca-Cola Company, for curating information from the archives to address business requests, for sharing the company’s history through a variety of activities (including Archives tours and presentations), and for the development of programs/exhibitions to support the broader business as needed.

The Mary and Jeff Bell Library at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (TAMU-CC) is seeking a Digital Archivist to create access to digital research resources and employs professional standards to continue the development of the Archives’ digital program. The Archivist processes digital collections, provides leadership to ensure the organization’s long-term preservation of digitized and born-digital material, including university records and manuscript collections, and works closely with the Special Collections and Archives Director to provide access to these materials.

Reports to HIM Manager. Processes patient health information which includes prepping, scanning, and quality review of documents scanned into the electronic health record system. Analyzes electronic health records for documentation deficiencies and completeness.
