Using Lean Methods to Improve RIM Practices
Continuous improvement is a method for identifying opportunities for streamlining work and reducing waste. The practice, formalized by the popularity of Lean/Kaizen in manufacturing and business, is now being used by thousands of companies worldwide to identify savings and process improvement opportunities.
