Microsoft Office is available to all faculty in the School of Information. It’s a two-step process.
- MySJSU:
See the IT Services Password Help for information on accessing SJSUOne or to get help signing in. You can email, call, or chat with them. See their webpage for more details.
- one.SJSU Password Reset:
Contact the campus help desk at (408) 924-1530; You will need to provide your student ID number.
- Panopto:
Submit the iSchool Tech Support Form or contact Panopto Support directly.
Note: Panopto accounts are for faculty only. Students can view lectures shared by faculty members, but the iSchool’s Panopto license does not provide for student accounts.
- Qualtrics:
