Program Delivery — BS in Information Science and Data Analytics
The 4-year BS in Information Science and Data Analytics program is delivered in a hybrid format, combining in-person instruction at SJSU’s campus in San José, CA with online coursework. While some courses are offered online in an asynchronous format, students should expect to attend classes on campus in San José.
All core general education (lower division) courses can be taken in person or online, and can be completed at SJSU or a local community college.
A minor is recommended for students who are so interested. Deciding on a minor should only be finalized after consultation with the major advisor.
