Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spring 2024?

If you are graduating in spring 2024 with a bachelor’s degree and want to begin the MLIS program in Fall 2024, you can apply for admission by the deadline. You will need to submit official transcripts with your most recent grades by the document deadline. The SJSU Graduate Admissions office will calculate your GPA based on your last 60 semester (90 quarter) units. If your GPA is 3.0 or higher, you will be admitted on a provisional basis and given another deadline to submit your final transcript with degree posted. Once your final transcript is received by SJSU Graduate Admissions office, your GPA will once again be calculated to ensure it has not dropped below 3.0. Your final transcript with degree must be received before the first day of your first semester. Financial aid will not be distributed until your final transcript has been received and you have been admitted unconditionally. Contact grad-admissions@sjsu.edu with further questions.
